Shipping Policy:
All orders placed within the continental USA usually ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping insurance is automatically included for all orders. We ship orders placed within the continental USA via UPS ground. Note: Adult Signature is required when you receive your package. We do ship internationally in some cases, but there are some countries that we cannot ship to (for example, Canada).
Return Policy:
We do NOT accept returns; all sales are final. However, in the case that the product is defective (within 30 days after receiving it), we will send you a replacement for free (the exact same product that you originally purchased). Please note: this policy only applies to customers that live within the continental USA. We cannot send any replacement products to customers who live outside of the continental USA, due to the high shipping costs. If you need to return a defective product for a replacement, you MUST contact us through our "contact us" page so that you can receive an RMA Number. Please Click Here to access our contact form. Also, you MUST put the RMA Number on the actual box (on the shipping label) that you will be using to ship the product back to us.
